day 01 back closer to Him!

Yeah! Yeah! Am so happy, for myself, for bro mingyong and sis weifang, er.. and whoever that deserves happiness! Firstly, I'll tell you why.. Today, woke up at 730. Sat down with the bible infront of me, and took my devotion book for quiet time and studying His word.. Mystery why all of a sudden I would do that.. But thank Him. Then prayed for my r/s with Him. Was indeed a fruitful prayer and I've learned to trust Him more then ever. Ok, so its Day 1 back closer to Him, I suppose.

kkz, so went to church with a cheerful heart and also something dragging at the back of my mind-- training. Ok, reached church just in time for service. Today like got most of my fav songs leh.. heh. Pastor's preached a rather fulfilling msg today. Quite meaningful and learnt quite alot.
Service ended and dismissed myself out of the hall, then saw gilcrist and gang outside. Wanted to go and at least say hi but didn't noe how to.. Anw, really glad that gil, sheryl and elva could come..thank God. Sunday sch was gd, except the lessons we learn are not so applicable in life as before.. and david didn't sound very pleased with our class, felt he was rather stern. but nevertheless, had a great time..
After trying on the leather shoes that eng joo lent me, thanks Joo.. I was thinking of joining darrs for lunch, but in the end didn't. Went for training, sianz, on bus 156 which took quite long and took a nap.. In the end so lethargic until dun feel like training!
Reach CHS, always as gloomy as it seems. Was early and I began to inspect or rather observe my wound on my knee. Was wondering if I would be able to train. Thank God despite my fears and worries, He saw me thru and indeed I feel that I did well. However, the training ended so late! It was like at 5.45pm. I literally ran to catch the bus to my Grandpa house to shower and change. In the end, turned up at the barber's shop for a trim and shave. I think the barber did well. But was running late! It was about 645. I rushed back to my Grandpa house to bath and headed right out. Reached City Hall at 730 sharp. Was running late and decided to "run" my way there, even though I didn't know where Marina Mandrain was. In the end, sweat like madness. Was super lost when I reached Marina Square. Made rounds and rounds before arriving, with a sweaty back! sigh.. but thank God for guiding me there. Really without Him I might have nv reached there.
The food was great, I thought. The place was great. The movie and the photo montage was fantastic and funny. Sat thru the whole dinner, then came the sabo part when the whole of the youth committee sabo-ed the bride and groom. Super funny, *giggles*, we set both of them up and Sis Weifang had to taste all the yucky food that I would nv have tried. So brave.. Ok, there came a time when everyone was rushing to take a photo with the bride and groom but I was still the shy guy, standing there staring at the blanks.. hahas.

So had a great day that the Lord saw thru.. Thank Thee for it!

Come to think of it, marriage can be soooo exciting a fun! Also there is a commitment between both parties and both must love each other dearly.. Every pair is paired by the Lord, and are designed to serve God together.. Can't wait for the day, really.. *thinking*
