National DAy holidays..

hi ppl! wheew! it has been quite a break for me. filled with many fun filled activities. non-stop playing sports and everything. really lo, i felt soooo patriotic on national day! so proud to be a singaporean. and how i wished pm goh wont step down and handover. argh, really like him as our pm. national day parade i like the march! haha.. not like some ppl dunno how to appreciate hor? who ah? haha.. and the fireworks.. the march actually displayed singapore's might and power. so other countries wont dare to mess with us. thats wad i heard before. the fireworks this year was exceptionally nice. we watched at aunty fung's house and it was like so super close. but it was a beautiful fireworks. long tim since i've managed to catch a beautiful fireworks.
in the morning i had to beg and plead even to the point of welling up in tears so that my dad could allow me to go for church wide outing. aiya, he said i was not open-minded enough. said i was to deep into christianity and everything revolving around God. but thats the truth wad! everything does have to revolve around God and i had to be devoted. but i didn't dare to argue with him over these thigns. but i believe that let God speak to him, rather den me speaking which might eventually add fuel to the fire. i believe God can help me to be open-minded so that i could easily go for church activities next time. but of coz, i dun have to take in and believe in whatever he says. just take in what is good and reject anything contrary to the scriptures. yupp. so i went for the church wide outing. wasn't exactly fantastic. everyone was jus so nua and sigh, i didn't manage to enjoy myself to the fullest because i was distracted with somethings. but thank God for everything la. =) no matter what, the fellowship was wad i treasured.
today, or rather, yest afternoon we had a captains ball first, against den "with" glcc. so in the morning i was bia-ing my 1500words mrp project. but i wrote 2000words and haven't even enter into the main part of the research paper. argh thats abit loooong. haha. i was like typing and cannot stop wan, if i stop i had to take a long time before remember what i was typing. haha.. ok so left home for toa payoh central to meet darren, shaun, alodie shi hui and yi xiang. reached central den saw shaun. yixiang doing by her own, and shi hui's mom called and scolded me over the phone. (yupp guess we need to be more organised and consider many other factors which may not seem obvious.. a discerning heart is needed to know the Lord's will for the event. and perhaps we need to know what the parents of the youths actually worry abt before all planning actually takes place. wahhh, its soooo tough planning even for a event.. pray for a discerning heart to know the Lord's will) we waited for alodie at the control station den i saw my ex pri school friend zi hui walk into the station, i wasnt exactly sure whether its her so i didnt really bother. den sms-ed her and found out it is really her. haha.. was quite amusing.alodie came, den we had to go to newton again thanks to shi hui! haha.. no la, cause her mom is so worried. so we went there to meet jasmine and shi hui. we then headed for botanics garden. hmm. i was abit stunned when i saw the glcc teenz size comparing to our church youthies. wahaha. not even 1 third. or church youthies abit not so enthu leh. haha oh well. we still played. bev and ter joined bfc again. wahaha. we played quite hard for the first game, shouldn't have. wasted our energy. den the second team came out and we got almost trashed by them. i was clearly out of energy and breath. u could see me running up and down the field like madness.. haha.. but nevertheless, there is no bitter nor anger in my heart nor our hearts because we do remember that we are playing unto God's glory! oh ya, their teenz leader this guy called Ian is quite nice, Seetor was also quite nice, aiya the ppl were nice la ok? but the teenz leader ian was called Christ-ian. very interesting. hmm.. he opened us in a word of prayer. yupp it was good that we remember to pray before we enjoy the fellowship and commit the time unto our God. den we rested for quite sometime. Seetor tried talking to me. haha i was abit maluated when i asked him what sec sch he was in or wad jc, he's in armY! grr.. den i was like giving the apologetic look.. haha.. the gals played an all-gals-game. den we played a mass captains ball game. mixed team. i think that was fun la. haha. there were many incidents which made me burst out into laughter. haha.. made quite a few steals and darrell was there irritating bev again.. haha "1-2-1-2" and bev is actually called "bear bear" haha quite interesting. den see the two sisters fight for the ball.. was an enjoyable game la. =) really thank God for seeing eveything thru. yupp had been praying hard for this game and thank God fo good weather and a nice place to play. Thank God for smooth running of activity. thank God for good fellowship. Thank God for nice ppl known. hmmm, yupp. =)
sigh, today have to go school liao.. sigh, back to sch life again. lets see how i bring God back into my school life and pray that He will bless me as i study for Him and even witness in sch! haha.. thinking of Jesus can actually relieve me of my boredom in sch. =)
