While I was sleeping soundly (well, not so soundly after the dispute last night), lol, but quite soundly in bed, my sister rushed into my room with a panicky voice I've never heard before. "Fire! Fire!" she exclaimed.

I opened my blurry eyes, rubbed it a few times. Before the truth knocked some sense into me. Haha. "Where? Where?" And before I knew it, my sister pulled me into her room and made me look out of her bedroom window. The unit diagonally above us was engulfed with flames.

Instantly I took my Spiderman costume out from my closet and donned the red-blue garment, much to the surprise of my sister who had absolutely no idea i was in fact really - spiderman. So using my cool spider abilities i scaled the side of the wall up to the burning apartment, seeing a little child of about 5 being trapped inside the kitchen. Carefully spinning a web just outside the window I then told her to jump, seeing my earnest face (well she couldn't really see it cause i was wearing my mask.. but..) she trusted me and jumped, landing in the safety of my web. Surveying the burning apartment i noticed that there was a fire extinguisher kept in the cupboard (yes i developed x-ray vision too, its one of my spider powers.), so i rushed in, opened the cupboard, took out the fire extinguisher and put out the fire, thus once again - saving the day.

Well I wished that happened la.

Haha. Okay, it is all real until the spiderman costume part. Haha, I raced to my bedroom, picked up the phone and dialed 995. (I'm still quite proud that I was the first person to inform the Civil Defence force about the fire. Haha. Lol. My dad called the security guard who signalled the fire alarm. Not long after, most residents have evacuated off the building and were staring helplessly at the flames. Our family looked from our balcony before we realised that it was too dangerous to remain in our house. Haha. There were a few slight explosions, probably the fire reached the "meiqi" in the kitchen.

Then me, my dad, my sis and my bro evacuated the building too. The civil defence force finally reached and after about an hour, the fire was extinguished. Thankfully no one was injured or no casualties was incurred. I was thankful that the fire was contained. Because I was really scared that it would spread through the whole building. Ah, it was a interesting experience, but also quite a scary one. Haha. Apparently there was no one in that unit when the fire broke out, dunno how come there would be a fire. Aye, okay. I was glad it was over but it kinda disturbed my sleep for one whole hour. Haha, ohwell.
